About Wrendale Designs
The award winning British brand Wrendale Designs features artist Hannah Dale’s illustrations of animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. You can find her original artwork as inspiration for ranges as diverse as calendars and diaries, socks and accessories and even soft toys.
About Hannah Dale
Hannah Dale began Wrendale Designs in 2012 at her kitchen table in Melton Ross, Lincolnshire where she lived with her husband farmer and baby. Combining her background of art school and reading Zoology at university, she began creating nursery paintings for children before taking inspiration from the countryside and started to paint hares. These watercolour designs were turned into greeting cards that were sold in local gift shops. Other animals followed and Wrendale Designs has gone from strength to strength with Hannah becoming one of the UK’s most recognised and loved animal illustrators.
