This two-handled non-spill cup featuring the much loved Sophie the Giraffe will encourage little ones to drink as they look for Sophie through the water.
Perfect for the transition from bottle to beaker it has an ergonomic spout that encourages natural sucking like a bottle. The beaker also features a clever, removable valve in the spout so that, with the valve in place baby has to suck to get liquid from the cup. When the valve is removed, the cup becomes free flowing, making it easier for little ones to drink.
A sippy cup to be loved by babies and toddlers - as well as their grown ups.

Delivery within 2-5 working days.
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday will be posted the same day. Orders placed outside of office hours and at weekends will be posted the following working day.
Oversized items

International postage
Unfortunately we do not offer international postage.
Click and Collect
Available free of charge. This is a great option if you live nearby and don’t want to pay postage. Simply order online and select the click and collect option.
Orders are available for collection Monday-Saturday 10.00-17.00.
Orders placed during shop opening hours will be ready an hour after receiving the order. You will receive an email to confirm it is ready. Orders placed outside opening hours will be ready from 10am the following day (note we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason you are not, here is what you need to do.
Please note we do not accept returns on the following items due to hygiene:
- Earrings
- Socks, tights and underwear
- Toiletries and cosmetics
If you've changed your mind
If you no longer want the item, please contact us at info@zestgifts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, explaining the reason you wish to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
The items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should obtain proof of postage; we will not be held responsible if the item does not reach us.
If the item is damaged or faulty
Please contact us within 7 days at info@zestgifts.co.uk or telephone 01892 669517, Monday - Saturday 9.00-5.30, to discuss any faulty or damaged items before returning them to us. We can then arrange a replacement or a refund. Please note any products returned that are falsely claimed as defective will be returned at your cost.
If we sent you the wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days at info@zestgifts.co.uk or telephone 01892 669517, Monday - Saturday 9.00-5.30. We can discuss arrangements for you to return the incorrect item and replace it with the correct one.
